Our care for you
If you watch your animation and something doesn't feel right, tell us within 7 days of delivery. We'll review it with care, make a reasonable revision where possible, and offer a refund if we still cannot make it right.

What pets can you make an animation for?
Any pet, any animal. Cats, dogs, rabbits, birds, horses, and more. If you loved them, we can honor them.
How fast will I receive my animation?
Delivery is digital and completed within 24 hours after payment is confirmed and all required photos and information are received.
What are the tribute portraits?
Beautifully styled single frames from their animation — each one carefully chosen and gently shaped to feel like a portrait worth keeping. They arrive alongside your animation, ready to print, frame, or hold close on your phone.
Where will my tribute arrive?
By email. A private link, yours to keep, save, share, and return to. The digital animation plays on any phone, computer, or smart TV.
What if something feels off?
Tell us. We'll gently adjust anything that doesn't feel right — because every tribute should feel like them.
What if I'm not ready yet?
There's no timeline for grief, and no rush from us. The tribute will be here when you're ready — and we'll be here too.
What if my photos are old or blurry?
That's fine. Photo restoration is included in every order. We sharpen, color-correct and enhance every image — even photos from old phones or scanned prints.
