If your delivered animation does not feel right, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review your concern, make a reasonable revision where possible, and offer a refund if we still cannot make it right.
Our satisfaction policy
ForeverBeside is a digital memorial animation studio operated by Aurelom LLC. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider.
ForeverBeside stands behind every custom digital memorial animation we create. Because each order is custom-made from your photos and details, our policy is designed to be fair, clear, and compassionate.
How revisions work
If something does not feel right when your animation arrives, reply to your delivery email within 7 days and tell us what needs attention. We will review your request and, where possible, provide a reasonable revision at no additional cost. Revision requests can include:
- The theme or overall feeling
- The pacing, length, or transitions
- The music selection
- How your photos appear in the animation
- The personal message, name, or dates shown
Approved revisions are typically delivered within 24 hours of receiving your feedback.
Refunds
If, after a reasonable revision, you still feel the animation does not honor your pet as expected, we will review the order and may arrange a full refund of your purchase price through our third-party payment provider. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically take 5–10 business days after processing.

What's not covered
To keep this policy fair, the following situations are not eligible for refund:
- Requests made after production has started but before delivery. Production begins after payment confirmation. The satisfaction process applies after you receive the finished digital animation.
- Technical compatibility issues on unusual devices. We deliver standard digital video files compatible with modern phones, computers, and tablets. We will still help troubleshoot playback issues.
- Payment disputes. If you have a concern about your order or payment, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it quickly and personally.
Cancellations before delivery
You may cancel your order for a full refund before production begins. To request cancellation, email contact@foreverbeside.com with your order number. Once production begins after payment confirmation, the order is in progress and the satisfaction process above applies instead.
Changes to your order
If you want to change something — different photos or a different theme — email us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will update your order at no charge if production has not started.
