ForeverBeside is a digital memorial animation studio operated by Aurelom LLC. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider.
Throughout these Terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to ForeverBeside. "You" and "your" refer to anyone using our website or purchasing our services.
2. What we provide
ForeverBeside creates custom digital memorial animations for pets. You upload photos and share details about your pet; AI-assisted creative tools may help with production, and every finished animation receives human quality review before delivery. The final product is delivered digitally by email/download. No physical product is shipped.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
4. Your order information
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:
- A valid email address where we can deliver your animation
- Successful payment through our third-party payment provider
- Photos you own or have permission to use
- Any details about your pet that you want us to consider
You're responsible for keeping your contact information current so we can deliver your order.
5. Your photos and intellectual property
By uploading photos to us, you confirm that you own the rights to those photos or have permission to use them. You grant us a limited license to use, restore, enhance, and incorporate those photos solely to fulfill your order. We do not use your photos for marketing or AI training without permission.
Once we deliver your animation and payment is complete, you receive personal-use rights to watch, download, store, and share the finished digital animation for personal, non-commercial use.
6. Pricing and payment
Prices are listed in US dollars. Production begins after payment is confirmed and we have the order details needed to create your animation. Payment processing is handled securely by our third-party payment provider.

7. Delivery and timing
We deliver completed digital animations by email/download to the email address you provide at checkout.
- Memento: digital delivery within 24 hours after payment is confirmed and we have received all required photos and information
If we need clearer photos, missing information, or extra clarification from you, the 24-hour delivery window begins once we receive everything needed to create your animation.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
9. Disclaimers
We work carefully and compassionately, but we cannot guarantee a specific emotional response. Our services are provided for personal memorial use and are not a substitute for grief counseling, therapy, or professional mental health care.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ForeverBeside's total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
